Improving operations costs and scaling by providing solutions for SaaS company in real estate sector

As demand for 360° immersive and interactive experiences increased, the company wanted to scale up and move away from its current process which was based on manual input as follows.

• shipping third-party 360° cameras to their clients;
• receiving 360° footage, shot using a third-party mobile application paired with the 360° camera;
• sending the equipment back as well as the footage captured;
• processing it by the company;
• delivering the virtual tour to their client;

The complete solution included a CMS (Content Management System) for both the company and its clients, as well as a mobile iOS application, utilizing the latest LiDAR sensors for the iPhone or iPad to capture a 360° 3D snapshot of a space.

The input from Canttitude side was the development of the backend technology to support the functionalities of the iOS application such as property and floor management or storage for assets, tridimensional models and floor plans.
